In Nashville, Tennessee, in July, Roger Finderson was sworn in by past leadership in the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group as President of the organization for the term of 2024 through 2025. Roger was sworn in alongside his term compatriots, David Nomberg as President-Elect, Kelly Koster as Treasurer and David Menchetti as Secretary. George Townsend will remain as Immediate Past President for another term. Roger will present his annual plan and goals for the organization in October during the WILG Annual Convention in Santa Barbara.

Roger Finderson has practiced law in Indiana since October of 1993. In 2023 he became licensed in Florida, and his firm, Finderson Law LLC, now has offices in both states. Mr. Finderson is a plaintiff’s lawyer, focusing his practice on Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability and Adoptions. Roger is a member of the American Association for Justice, College Of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (Board Member), Florida Justice Association, and Florida Worker’s Advocates.
