Governor Holcomb issued Executive Order 20-08, “Directive For Hoosiers To Stay At Home,” on March 23, 2020. Though it directs all businesses to close and Hoosiers to “work from home,” certain businesses are exempt. Legal Services is one such business. Nevertheless, Finderson Law LLC must protect its team, its clients and do its part as a corporate citizen to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and assist in bringing this health crisis to a close. To achieve that purpose, Finderson Law LLC will implement the following procedures effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 8:00 a.m.
Though Finderson Law LLC will be open, we will not receive any in-person visits from anyone, with the exception of deliveries from the USPS, UPS, FEDEX or other mail/delivery service representatives. The doors will be locked and all entry denied to others.
Current and potential clients may feel free to call or email our staff with any questions or concerns during regular business hours: 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday.
Clients who wish to drop off materials relating to our representation of them or relating to their case, may do so by placing the papers, material, and evidence into a drop box located outside the front door of Finderson Law LLC, and notifying the Finderson Law teammates of the drop off via email, text or telephone call. Ideally, the notification will identify what is being dropped off and when the drop off will occur. The drop box will be available from 8am – 5pm ONLY! No after hour drops will be accepted.
Finderson Law LLC will follow all protocols as established by the Centers for Disease Control (“CDC”), the World Health Organization (“WHO”) and the Indiana State Department of Health (“ISDH”) for social distancing, hand washing and repeat sanitizing of surfaces or similar cleaning activities.
The entire team at Finderson Law hopes that everyone takes this situation seriously and follows the recommendations of the CDC, WHO and ISDH.
Stay healthy and we look forward to seeing everyone soon!
