Individual hard work is essential to running a successful business; however, teamwork is often the deciding factor in that business’s success. Everyone involved in a business—from employees to clients and affiliates—can add to its success.
“Teamwork and respect is how I have run my life and now, my business,” says Roger Finderson, founder of Finderson Law. “We cannot always accomplish great things alone, but as a team, anything is possible! My personal team consists of my family, my friends, my employees, my clients, my community and any and all of the people who have contributed to the success of this team.”
Moreover, Roger appreciates the ideas, initiatives and creativity his team members provide to help guide his success and the success of those around him.
“It is because of all of us working together that I am able to do what I love…practice law,” Roger says.
For this reason, at Finderson Law, we like to show our appreciation to individuals and community members who are willing to go above and beyond to make our law firm successful by offering a special bottle of bourbon whiskey as an appreciation gift!
The bourbon offered is a Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and is a blending based on Roger’s own preferences.
S & V Liquors in Fort Wayne, Indiana helped arrange the firm’s tasting of Roger’s bourbon, and the Woodford Reserve distillery produced the bourbon and a handcrafted bourbon barrel that is displayed at the firm.
Roger states:
“It is my pleasure to provide a token of my gratefulness to those who have contributed to the success of my team. This handcrafted bottle of bourbon is my way of saying ‘Thank-you’ to those people who have made a difference!”
With more than 2 decades of experience serving the Fort Wayne community, Finderson Law is passionate about helping folks solve their legal needs and challenges, specifically in adoptions, personal injury, car accidents, Social Security disability and workers’ compensation claims. While COVID-19 is still causing us to do most of our business via telephone and video conferencing, we are still here to serve our community.
